Byala Beach Resort is a luxurious four star holiday complex with beachfront location, placed in the central part of Byala resort. • 4% of the purchase price per year for apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms; 

• 6% of the purchase price per year for 3 bedroom apartments; 

With this option, the owners are entitled to use their apartment for a period of two weeks a year in the high season and for unlimited period of time off peak season. Any owner who has signed a letting contract does not pay maintenance fees for the duration of the contract.
