COMPLEX OF A CLOSED TYPE IN SHKORPILOVTSI

 Shkorpilovtsi resort is located at about 40 km. south from The Iternational Airport of Varna. The beach's length is 13 km. and the width is 150 meters, making it the longest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The natural sandy zone starts from Kamchia resort in the north and reaches the Black Cape in the south, where the Black Sea meets the northern part of the Balkan Mountains. 

This is one of the unique coastal areas in Bulgaria with well-preserved nature, oak forests, dunes, sea and mineral waters, a place suitable for family recreation, hunting and fishing. Here one can find forests for hunting and the beauty of the nature reserve Longosa. You can go hunting for bears, deer, wild goats, wild boars, hares, pheasants, partridges and others. In addition, for those who love fishing, there is the sea, Kamchia River and several dams.     

A residential complex of a closed type, only 350 m. from the beach, suitable for permanent residence.

The complex lies on an area of  11 845 sq.m. and consists of:

External walls and floors with insulation. Roof – wood and "Bramac" tiles. Natural materials will be used for the interior. The flooring in the bedrooms and living rooms - parquet. Kitchens, dining rooms and hallways - natural stone or tile; bathrooms – as per client’s request - materials of natural stone or tiles. Walls and ceilings - painted. 

Window frames and doors - PVC. 

Interior doors - MDF. 

Fully equipped bathrooms. 

Heating - a fireplace and air conditioners. 

Complete furnishing project. 

Garden barbeque. 

Distrubution of the areas:

The first floor consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room and a shared balcony, bathroom, guest bedroom with terrace and inner stairs to the second floor. 

The second floor consists of two bedrooms with a terrace, bathroom, toilet and a corridor.

Price for fully finished and furnished house, including the land: 1400 €/sq.m. VAT excluded.

reservation 2000 € – paid by the buyer when selecting the plot. 

40% (- 2000 €) – paid within 7 days after signing the preliminary contract of purchase and sale of a house with land;

60 % - paid in instalments as per the completed construction works. 

Realisation of the project:

The buyer chooses the plot of land and the project. The degree of the finishing works, the payment and construction terms /10 to 12 months/ is described in the Preliminary contract. The funding is in stages during the construction, with down payment of 40% of the value of the house. Design and construction starts after signing the Preliminary contract for purchase and sale.
