Beachfront one-storey house located between the town of Tsarevo and Arapya camping area. There is a beach strip in front of the house. The house is suitable for permanent residence.
The property is located on the south coast, 900 m from the town of Tsarevo and 300 m from Arapya camping area. There are no other buildings near by. The building is monolith with inner and outer German mineral thermo-insulation and fully lined with wood inside, therefore even the strongest sea storms are not audible and the temperature inside is preserved.

There are additional 2 000 sq.m. cultivated land from the sea shore with summer bar under the shades of 60 years old elm trees.
The house is completely autonomous, independent from water and electricity suppliers in the town of Tsarevo.
The water in the house is from private source with debit of 300 ltr/h and annual temperature of 12 C. Private sewerage system outside of the house.
The house is with energy saving lightening. It takes 1 ltr gas in order for the whole household to function - lightening, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and etc. The cooking oven, the hot water boiler and the refrigerator are on gas. The electric installation is combined - 12 и 220 V.
The bay in front of the house is one of the most attractive places for underwater fishing on the south coast. It is wind protected by underwater reef and suitable for small draft vessels.
In the yard, one can find cypress, palms, pomegranates, kiwis, olives, bay leaf trees, rosemary, peach, apricot, apples, plums, quince and 30 different varieties of Bulgarian and French vines.
