Neither Orient plus nor the owners of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the clients of the apartment including damages and losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.
An unreffundable down payment equivalent to 30% of the booking should be paid upon reservation and the rest of the amount upon arrival. The deposit paid by clients will be refunded upon departure, after the inspection of the apartment. Apartments are maintained and cleaned three times a week, linen changed twice a week. Internet is available upon request and is charged upon agreement. Transfers from/to local airports could be arranged upon request.
